How do I place an order?
Firstly, thank you for considering my services.  Please send an email to cakeengineer@gmail.com OR click on Contact Us  and provide the following information:
Name
Phone number and email address
Date and Time of Event
Event Theme/Occasion
Ideas or description of the cake
Number of Servings
Flavor/Fillings

Do you ship your cakes?
Unfortunately as this time I do not.  However, I deliver in the tri-state area.  Delivery fees apply.

How far in advance should I order a cake?
Please give me as much time as possible.  I prefer 3 weeks advance notice if at all possible.  Last minute cakes (less than a weeks notice) will be subjected to additional costs.  You're best bet is to plan ahead.

What are your prices?
I don't have a general price list as the design and complexity of the cake determines the cost.  Once I receive the email from you with your order information I will respond with a price and a few often options if possible.

Do you offer tastings?
Unfortunately I do not.  When I venture into wedding cakes I will offer tastings.  Stay tuned I may be creating wedding cakes sooner than you think!
